Organizational culture is the collection of values, expectations, and practices that guide and inform the actions of all team members. It is important that an organization has a distinct culture because organizational culture ensures that with the purpose of the organization, the purposes of its members are well aligned so that the company along with its member can collectively work towards attaining the shared aim and goals.
